My time at home…

Hi guys! I had to fly home from Lefkada, because my foot didnt get better as supposed. Now I am at home and rest! Slowly I am getting better and prepare for my upcoming summer trip!

EFPT Sardegna & EFPT Vassiliki/Milos

Hi everybody.
The EFPT event on the Island of Sardegna went quite ok for me. Every day we could run heats and due to the strong winds, it has been very exhausting. My heats went quite good. In the first Single Elimination I could beat the beglian rider Verschooten, but unluckily I had to face my good friend and current European Champ Steven in the second round. Here I had absolutely no chance.
On the second day we had nuclear winds! I was sooo overpowered on my 3,7m² that I even could not show one move in my heat. During the double I could advance 2 rounds. In the end I took a not really satisfieing 20th place.
For the event in Greece I wanted to score much better, but everything changed….
As I had a motorbike crash in the night, my foot is so open and infected, that I could not take part in the competition and even have to fly home now! I hope I recover soon!

After the first contest…
May 19th
My first contests this year were not to like I expected. In Leucate I was really underpowerd and had a too small sail. Podersdorf was really not my event, too. I was in the first heat and had to get up always at around 6 for the skippers meeting. At the last event-day, we got some really unexpected wind and I had to sail my heat at 5:45 in the morning. I was really not fit and could not really impress the judges! I am really motvated for the next contests, to get a nice result.
Now I just spent some days in Leucate! We had pretty strong winds, which I like a lot. We made some sick pictures which I will upload soon!
Whats up next? On tuesday I will go on tour with Steven and Davy! First stop is Sardegna, than Lefkada and in the end Crete! I hope the contests will be very windy!

EFPT and PWA…

Hallo again! After I signed in for the first EFPT-Event in Leucate, South France, I also got a wildcard for the PWA Freestyle Worldcup in Podersdorf! I am super stoked and try to give my best!
Tomorrow I am heading to Belgium and the day after tomorrow, we are driving to Leucate! I will publish a small report, about South France and the competition.
